HOW TO ORDER GUIDE

1.READ MY CARRD

Always read my carrd before ordering anything from me. It contains prices and my Terms of service , what I will draw and won’t draw,etc. My terms of service are a mutual contract between me and the client, so by ordering from me you’re agreeing to every boundary I put up.

2.LOOK OUT FOR BULLETINS

When I decide on opening commissions, I will post a bulletin stating the date and time I will. I will also ask if anyone is intrested in being added to my ping list, which is a list of people that will be pinged once my bulletin goes up. This ping list changes everytime, so if you had asked to be added in a previous batch, and don’t comment on the current one, you will not be pinged.

3.GRAB A SLOT

When you manage to grab a slot, be mindful that they are limited and can run out pretty fast. I don’t do holds, but I will notify everyone with a bulletin if someone does end up giving up their slot. I do not reply kindly to hate and frustration in my comments if you don’t manage to grab one. I try to be the fairest person possible and if you can’t snatch one in time, please don’t send mean comments my way.

4. WHAT IS A SLOT?

A slot is a reservation, approved my me, for one drawing. One slot is equal to one drawing per person (can have multiple characters and backgrounds in it, but all in the same drawing) I prefer for clients to stick to one drawing per order as I’m a really busy person and the workload might get too much, the only exceptions to these rules are chibis (NOT custom chibis) and headshots, as they’re relatively easy to do and don’t burn me out a much, but I can only fit a few of these extra per batch. Either way if you’re unsure if I’m still accepting these extras and you didn’t manage to grab a slot, don’t be afraid to dm me for any questions regarding it.

5. HOW DO I ACTUALLY ORDER?

It’s easy! There are no forms to be filled out once you order. Simply send me a dm with references, links, Pinterest boards or anything that can help me see your vision with a description that can be brief or long. If I have some doubts during the completion of the piece, I’ll be the one asking to clarify. I also accept total artistic freedom, but will communicate if I’m not able to provide a satisfactory product and need more guidance.

6. ENJOY THE PROCESS

After the hard part is done, I’ll update you with sketches and progress make as I work on your piece. I often publish updated sketches in my “WIP” character profile on Toyhouse, so you can see it being worked on in real time, but for more substantial updates I’ll send a direct dm.
